We had the pleasure of organising a special opera production dinner in Bruges to mark their production of Carmen.
The setting was the Provincial Court on Bruges' historic Market Square, an impressive heritage venue that provided the perfect backdrop for an elegant evening.
We created a refined table setting with warm-toned decoration, enhancing the grandeur and character of the historic surroundings without taking away from the architecture.
A stylish dinner formed the thread running through the evening.But this was much more than a traditional dinner. Opera was brought to the table. Between courses, guests were surprised by live musical excerpts, creating a unique connection between gastronomy, music and heritage. The story of the opera continued beyond the stage and became part of the dinner itself.
